Fix QNAP TS-453mini not bootup (LPC problem)

I using 100 ohm resistor to recover my TS-453mini.

The 100 ohm resistor connected to DEBUGCN1 pin2 and JP3 pin3 to fix the Intel LPC clock bug issue.
